What is High Intensity Training?
Where the “HIT” stands for “High Intensity Training”, our exercise philosophy is built around a “High Intensity short duration” concept. The core of our exercise programming pushes our clients to their unique intensity limits for small bursts, or durations, of time. Whether it’s an agility training exercise that uses plyometric box jumps or power training exercises pushing weighted sleds, HIT Center members can expect a variety of exercise programs that achieve real, measurable results.
